4K and Kindergarten Registration |

A child must be five years old on or before September 1st to register for mandatory five year old kindergarten.
A child must be four years old on or before September 1st to register for four year old kindergarten. Four year old kindergarten is not required.
Please bring with you:
Items needed for registration
1. Two proofs of residence (any 2 bills in your name, i.e. light bill, phone bill, etc.)
2. Immunization Record (DHEC Form #1148)
3. DHEC Birth Certificate
4. Social Security Card
5. Medicaid Card (this is for 4 year old registration only)
6. If you are not the parent we must have proof that you are the legal guardian.
We must have all items at the time of registration. |
