Policy and Procedures for Enrollment

1. The student who has committed any level four infraction or has an accumulation of discipline referrals which constitutes a referral to the hearing officer.  The hearing officer may refer the students to the Academy or expel the student for the remainder of the year.
2. Principals may refer students to the Academy due to an accumulation of discipline referrals.
3. Parents/students may request placement at the Academy.
4. Students who academic performance is significantly below their grade level (but do not meet eligibility requirements for special education) may be recommended for placement at the Academy.
