Student Enrollment - Register for School

As we prepare for the start of the 2024-2025 school year the online registration for returning students is now open. If your child attended Saluda County Schools this year we ask that you complete the online student registration forms. This will allow you to verify and update your child’s information using PowerSchool Parent Portal as you have done before. Please follow the steps below for online registration.

Log into your parent Portal

  1. On the left side click on “Forms”, then click on “Enrollment”

  2. You will then see “Registration 24-25” (the forms may say “submitted on the right side with a check mark). 

  3. Go through each form (even if they say submitted). Be sure to change the date at the bottom to this year's date. When you reach the end a box will pop up saying you are complete.

  4. If any changes need to be made on A1 and J1 form. Please call your child/s school. 

If your child did not attend Saluda County Schools last year, we ask that you call your child’s school and schedule an appointment time to register in person. (If your child is entering 4K or 5K and you have already completed the registration packet you do not need to schedule an appointment time.)  

Student Registration -  If your student attended Saluda School district in 2023-2024.

Please follow the steps below to register your Returning student for the 2024-2025 school term:

Steps:

1. You will be required to have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account in order to complete the registration process if you do not have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account you will need to contact your child's school to get the information you will need to create an account.  

2. If you currently have access to or after you have created a new account; move to Step 3 to complete your registration forms.

What about brand new students who will be starting Saluda School District in the 2024-2025 school year? How will they be registered?

The PowerSchool Parent Portal discussed above will only be used to register returning students. "Returning students" are those who have previously been enrolled in Saluda School District in the 2023-2024 school year. All brand-new students who will be in grades 4K through 12th will need to be registered, in-person, at their school, by appointment only. Please call your child's school and schedule an appointment to come in and register your child who will be brand new to Saluda School District. If your child is entering 4K or 5K and you have already completed the registration packet you do not need to schedule an appointment.
